Sunsplash Vacation Homes are located in beautiful quiet communities that are centralized in good shopping, excellent dining. Many area attractions are within 15 minutes of the homes with an easy drive. 

Our homes are privately owned and kept maintained by our management team.  We take pride in our customer service and fast response times. 

All of our homes have screened pools which maybe heated upon request for a small additional cost.  Each also features a garage personal garden, and fully furnished with most of the amenities you will need.

Office Hours

Sunsplash Vacation Homes and Travel is open to our guest from 9:00am to 4pm Monday thru Friday. After hours we have a specialized team that will answer all your calls. 

Bookings

Bookings for all Sunsplash homes are done on a first come first serve basis subject to availability.  Every effort will be made to give you a selected unit but only the type of home can be guaranteed. The minimum length of stay will be 4 nights unless otherwise arranged in advance.  Our booking agents can take care of most of your special request at the time of booking.  We offer in home Welcome packages of food or Flowers to be in the homes upon the arrival of guest.  We can take care of special needs visitors by offering easy access homes and can arrange rental equipment.

Deposits, Fees and Payments

Sunsplash requires an advance holding deposit of $100 to hold the reservation and payment is required in full at least 4 weeks in advance unless other arrangements are made.  The deposit will be put towards the total amount due and is non refundable.  We offer for $35 an optional Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover any accidental damages done during your stay. We accept all major credit cards, checks, Travelers checks or money orders of American currency only.    For each home, there is a one time $50 departure fee for our housekeeping teams.   We do welcome pets. A pet deposit of $200 is required in advance.

Safety and Security

All of our homes are in quiet residential communities.  Sunsplash can offer personal safes for $20 a week upon request. 

Arrival

Once your booking is confirmed, we have setup a Key box system to make it easy for our guests even after hours.  Your key code will be given when you get your instructions. Full directions to your house and any other information will be in an envelope with your key.

Housekeeping

Sunsplash has a team of cleaners that comes in upon departure to clean and reorganize the home for the next guests.  We do offer housekeeping daily during your visit for $50 per day upon your request. Linen and towels are provided.  Generally each home has a washer and dryer for your convenience. There are no detergents, soaps, or cleaning materials supplied in the homes for insurance reasons.  Trash is collected from the end of the driveway every Monday and Thursday.  Please make sure it is there by no later then 7am the morning of pickup.

Telephones and Internet Access

You can make local and 800 calls free and long distance calls can be made using a credit card.  Internet services are dial up only in most homes.  We offer internet

access, fax services, copies, and notary at the Sunsplash office.  Just call us and let us know you are coming.   We are always willing to help!

Pool rules

All persons are required by Florida Law to wear swimwear. Please for your safety,  No glass on pool deck area, no running, diving or horseplay.  All children should be supervised at all times.  No noise after 10pm.  We accept no liability for any accidents.  We do not supply pool towels. 

Departure procedures

When you are ready to check out just give us a call.  Keys are dropped off with us at the office unless after hours at which point we ask that you return them to the Key box.  We ask that you make sure that all garbage is in the bins or in bags in the garage.  We ask that you strip the bed linens, towels and place them in the garage.  Please leave all unwanted food on the counter or in refrigerator and our cleaning team will dispose of it.  Dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and started.
